Extra mega bonus to see my first ever northern lights at home in the north west in England of all places!
For so long I was expecting to see this natural phenomenon in somewhere like Iceland. It seems that last night there was a pretty intense solar storm which meant it could even be seen in the south which is very rare.
If only I had a better camera or knew how to use my iPhone camera settings that bit better and my shots would have been even better!
Thanks Aurora Borealis for putting on the show. I’ll still be seeing you in more of your glory someday soon.
