Once again, Friday came around, setting the stage for a new process video on my YouTube channel. This time, the video was about making a celebration card with a big bouquet of flowers.
We're celebrating moms here in Finland the coming Sunday and I made a Mother's Day card for the occasion. I used different PaperArtsy floral stamps and layered them to make this bouquet of flowers. You can observe from the process video how used two colorants to bring the flowers to life - I laid the base using watercolors and then added touches of color on top using water-based brush-tip markers.
The sentiment on the bottom of the card is in Finnish and it reads "Sunny Mother's Day".
