All the shit and chaos lately! Getting sick and not feeling motivated and down, but made myself get straight back into my routine and back on the horse! By no means was it easy! Every part of me was happy at home in bed and resting. But mind over matter and determination got me out of my little slump and into the gym! I feel so amazing for getting it done and Iβm very proud of the little support network I have around me. So Thank you to them! Always supporting and helping me stay on track!
