Can’t believe I’m a 1/4 of the way done! We’re really getting into our groove, know what is expected of us, where things are and I’m loving learning new things every day and we haven’t even scratched the surface it feels.
This week I did a LOT of butchery work and made a roast lamb shoulder, cutie Swiss roll cake, sweet scones, prawn cocktail, the silkiest “duchess” mashed potatoes piped on my fish gratin, jarred up some spicy apple chutney, and moooore!! ⚡️⚡️
