Getting to see some Sky pilot flowers (Polemonium viscosum) up on Mt. Evans, in Colorado last year was really rewarding. What a beautiful species full of color. I didn't actually smell the plant but apparently it to some had a rather offensive skunk type smell. I'll forsure smell them next time! This plant is super cool because it likes elevations of 8k PLUS! What a badass 😎
