Mushrooms help to build extremely healthy soil! Mushrooms are part of natures perfect system, they help to break down organic matter, which increases the number of nutrients in the soil. The more nutrients in the ground, the more our flowers and greens thrive. And a as a special gift, they give us healthy, nutritious fruit! I’ll be using these mushroom spawn in all of my flower and veggie beds, tucked neatly into the mulch protecting the microbes in the soil.
