Steep has been featuring white tea as a limited tea in the past seasons. Starting now, we officially add White Tea to our daily tea collection. From freshly brewed to cold brewed to tea ceremonies. We used three year aged Shoumei White Tea 壽眉白茶 for our freshly brewed and cold brewed tea. It is a big leaf tea with bright orange-yellow tea color. It is rich in flavor which is perfect to use making into tea drinks. 🧊☕️

For our tea ceremony collection, we have Wild Mudan 荒野牡丹 and eight year aged Laocong Gongmei老欉貢眉. Wild Mudan is a young tea that was harvested last year. It was grown in the wild without any cultivation. The tea soup is light green-yellow and with a refreshing grassy taste. The aged Laocong Gongmei is the first aged white tea Steep collected three plus years ago. It is very smooth and sweet, it has been a favorite among the Steep team.
