When I started Ladies of Virtue I didn’t know how to fundraise.
I didn’t know anything about marketing.
I didn’t know anything about developing a mentoring program.
I read every book and attended every conference I could find.
One of those conferences is the National Mentoring Summit in Washington, DC.
I went by myself for years.
What a blessing that, this year, I was able to bring most of our LOV program team!!!
I love my staff so much.
