Universal Studios Orlando 🎢
My favourite theme park in Orlando! I had so many questions before visiting it, that I thought I would try to answer all of them in this post, so it might help you if you’re thinking of going in the future.
- Can you visit Universal Studios and Isle of Adventure on the same day? Yes, I did them both on the same day, but be sure to get there early, no later than 9am.
- Do you need to buy the express pass for the attractions? It depends, if you are a solo traveller I would say no, as you get in the fast queue for all attractions.
Otherwise, I would get it, especially if you are planning to visit 2 parks in one day.
- Is it cheaper to buy the tickets on the Universal Studios webpage, or can you get them somewhere else cheaper? I looked at all different options, the best option was to buy them from Marvelous Mouse Travels, however I was unable to make the payment with a UK credit card, so in the end I bought them at the Universal desk in my hotel. However, they were the same price as in the Universal website, so for piece of mind, I would advice you to buy them directly from the Universal website.
- Are there any lockers for the attractions? Yes but they are quite small, so I advice you to take a small bag! - Which closing show is better: Cinematic in Universal Studios or The Nighttime Lights At Hogwarts?
I decided to go for Cinematic as it is a celebration of all the Universal Studios films and it was incredible! I recommend it 100%. But if you are a Harry Potter fan, I would go for The Nighttime Lights.
I would advice you also as you get it to but a refillable soft drink. As you can keep refilling the whole day and it’s much cheaper than buying separate drinks!
