In May 2016 we lost someone very close to us.
Fig was a life long best friend to some of our members and even if you only knew him briefly, you would agree he lit up the room with his humour, energy and passion for life.
May 11th at 9am we will do what we do best and put ourselves through a bit of grind to create our own hero workout: ‘Fig’.
Fig lost his battle with brain cancer after a mammoth fight and was an absolute inspiration to all that knew him.
As always, we like to honour our friends and close members of our community, so here’s to FIG!
